SW Engineer

We are looking for an engineer to maintain and develop BLE modules using the latest radio technology. You will deliver software solutions on a global scale, focusing on performance and power consumption.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop BLE modules for other developers.
• Create firmware designs that optimise performance and power.
• Debug real-time systems using lab equipment and wireless sniffers.
• Manage build, test, and validation infrastructures.
• Engage with stakeholders and provide technical documentation.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in C and experience in C++ (RTOS and/or bare-metal).
• Strong understanding of BT/Thread and BLE/GATT protocols.
• Experience delivering software for ultra-low power devices.
• Knowledge of memory management and performance optimisation.
• Experience with protocol analysers and a full-stack mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

This role requires a strong engineering mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
