Quality Assurance Engineer/Quality Manager
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer/Quality Manager for a global company in Gothenburg. Start is in April, 9-month limited contract to begin with.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer/Quality Manager, you will lead and coordinate software quality activities across multiple programs. Your primary responsibility is to define, drive, and follow up on the quality actions required to close identified gaps in our product.
In this role, you will work closely with program and project managers within SWEP as well as external stakeholders to ensure alignment on all quality related matters. You will be part of a team of project leaders responsible for software release, integration, and testing for our core system.
You will also contribute to shaping and maintaining the processes within our process framework to ensure compliance with relevant automotive ISO standards. Adherence to ISO/IEC 15504.
Success in this position requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues within the team, across SWEP, and throughout R&D.

We believe that you are a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer (not a tester) or Manager with several years of experience in software quality assurance for different types of systems and solutions. You are a genuine problem solver with a positive and solution-oriented mind-set. You are known to be a team player, you are curious and a quick learner.
Competence requirements and required experience:
• Good knowledge of complex systems including embedded SW/HW in the automotive domain
• Good knowledge of software quality engineering practices and standards
• Deep knowledge of the relevant automotive quality standards e.g. (ISO/IEC 15504, ISO 12207)
• Hands-on experience in software development
• M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Very good in English, both written and spoken
• Flexible, enthusiastic, methodical, analytical, and with high professional integrity
• Self-motivated and able to drive initiatives
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is in April, 9-month limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
