Administrator (Immigration) - Finspång

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented administrator to support global mobility processes and ensure smooth, compliant coordination of international assignments across multiple countries.

The Visa & Work Permit Consultant acts as a key partner to internal business units and international assignees, supporting all matters related to visa and work permit processes. The consultant serves as a local expert on immigration regulations across various host countries and ensures consistent, timely, and accurate administration of visa and work permit applications. This includes coordinating all local activities required to secure the necessary documentation for employees traveling abroad.

The team consists of approximately 30+ professionals providing operational support to field-based technical staff. Responsibilities within the team include planning, scheduling, visa coordination, tax-related matters, invoicing, and general administrative support.

Business Responsibility

Ensure compliance with immigration requirements for each destination country by securing the appropriate visas and work permits. Monitor timelines to ensure documentation is obtained in time for assignments to proceed as planned, and proactively communicate any risks or delays to relevant stakeholders. Maintain clear documentation and handover processes to ensure continuity of work in case of absence.
