Your Mission

Own the client journey after agreement, including:

  • Onboarding

  • Communication

  • Delivery follow-up

  • Client satisfaction

  • Expansion opportunities

  • Reference creation

Key Responsibilities

  • Create onboarding flows for new clients, partners, students, or corporate accounts

  • Track client goals, deliverables, risks, satisfaction, and next steps

  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and expansion opportunities

  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure clarity and execution visibility

  • Turn strong outcomes into:

    • Testimonials

    • Case studies

    • Referrals

    • Repeat business

  • Prevent churn by identifying issues early and acting proactively

First 90 Days

  • Map the client journey and identify post-sale friction points

  • Build:

    • Onboarding checklist

    • Client status dashboard

  • Review priority clients and identify:

    • Retention opportunities

    • Expansion opportunities

  • Create the first:

    • Case study

    • Testimonial

    • Referral pathway

KPI Framework

  • Retention Rate: Active clients/accounts over time

  • Expansion Revenue: Upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and repeat business

  • Onboarding Completion: Structured onboarding within defined timelines

  • Client Satisfaction: Feedback, NPS, sentiment, and qualitative indicators

  • Churn Risk Reduction: Identification and stabilization of at-risk accounts

  • Reference Creation: Testimonials, case studies, referrals, and introductions

Who We Are Looking For

  • Relationship-driven with strong commercial awareness

  • Able to create structure without making clients feel transactional

  • Strong communication skills and disciplined follow-up

  • Comfortable addressing difficult conversations early

  • Focused on retention and expansion, not just service
