We are looking for a game designer who can work on-site at our office in Vasastan, Stockholm on game development. Your responsibilities are various and includes the following:

• Collaborate on gameplay concepts, systems, and feature design.
• Design engaging player experiences and core gameplay mechanics.
• Create and maintain clear game design documentation.
• Work closely with artists, programmers, and writers to bring ideas to life.
• Prototype and iterate on gameplay features and systems.
• Balance and refine mechanics based on testing and feedback.
• Contribute to narrative, worldbuilding, and progression design.
• Participate in playtesting, feedback sessions, and creative reviews.
• Stay updated on industry trends, player behavior, and emerging design practices.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and production needs.
• Help shape the overall vision and feel of the game experience.
