Project Manager for Bus Body Builder Collaboration

You will step into a broad project role focused on development and collaboration within bus body builder partnerships. In this environment, complete vehicle delivery depends on smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners, which means you will work close to both technical questions and day-to-day project follow-up.

This is a hands-on role for you who enjoy variety, like taking ownership across several areas, and can quickly adapt when priorities shift. You will help turn body builder knowledge into clear, structured input for internal stakeholders and support cooperation that keeps projects moving forward. The role is especially interesting if you want to combine coordination, technical understanding, and real influence in a complex industrial setting.

• You will support and drive development and collaboration projects in a cross-functional environment.
• You will translate body builder knowledge such as BBM and BBMQA into structured input for internal teams.
• You will contribute to project planning, follow-up, and reporting related to scope, time, and cost.
• You will help identify risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
• You will facilitate collaboration, information flow, and problem-solving across functions.
• You will support education and knowledge transfer towards external body builder partners.
• You will contribute where needed in a deliberately broad role covering several areas of the complete vehicle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar roles.
• Experience from technical, development, or industrial environments.
• Experience working in cross-functional settings.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at the same time.
• Experience from the bus, automotive, or heavy vehicle industry.
• Fluent English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A practical and self-driven way of working, with the ability to move work forward independently.
• Ability to complete a background check before the assignment starts.

• Basic education or certification in Project Management or Agile ways of working.
• Experience in customer-facing or partner-facing roles.
• Experience with documentation, coordination, or training and knowledge transfer.
• Willingness to travel when needed.
