Play Cafe Host and Sales Associate

We’re building a new kind of play café—where great coffee, happy kids, and memorable family experiences come together.

We’re looking for energetic, outgoing team members who love working with people and aren’t afraid to engage, recommend, and sell.

This is not a traditional café role. You’ll be just as focused on creating great guest experiences and driving sales as you are on making coffee.

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee, drinks, and light food to a high standard
• Welcome guests and manage entry tickets and bookings
• Actively engage with families to create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment
• Recommend and sell entry packages and merchandise
• Keep the café and play areas clean, organised, and inviting
• Handle POS transactions efficiently

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a naturally friendly, outgoing personality
• Feels comfortable talking to customers and making recommendations
• Enjoys working around children and families
• Is proactive and takes initiative (not just waiting behind the counter)
• Can handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Has experience in café, retail, or customer service (a plus, not required)
