Your mission

As an Operations Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in improving and standardizing operations across our main sites. You will drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability, while supporting the implementation of our manufacturing strategy and global footprint.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Lead the design and implementation of new business processes aligned with strategic priorities
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance, ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with leaders and specialists across functions to identify and drive improvement initiatives
  • Provide training and guidance to teams on new processes and continuous improvement methods
  • Plan and lead operational excellence and quality improvement projects
  • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully execute improvement initiatives
  • Establish performance metrics and dashboards to track operational performance
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and operational standards

 

 

 

Location and other

This position is located in Örebro, Sweden

We can offer a hybrid workplace—a way of working that provides flexibility and promotes a healthier balance between professional and personal life.

Occasional travel is required.

Profile description:

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you are a strong communicator and change leader who thrives in a complex, global environment. You bring a structured and analytical mindset, combined with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

We believe you have:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across the organization
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience improving complex processes
  • Project management experience and the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously

 

You also bring:

  • Experience in operations management or similar roles, preferably within manufacturing
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, including value stream mapping and continuous improvement methods
  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
