PLC Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled PLC Programming & Commissioning Engineers to support ongoing industrial automation projects. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in Siemens PLC systems, automotive standards (preferably Volvo), and battery module (PACK) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, program, and troubleshoot Siemens PLC systems
• Execute on-site and remote commissioning activities
• Ensure compliance with Volvo automotive programming standards
• Work on power battery module (PACK) programming and commissioning
• Perform system testing, debugging, and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
• Provide technical documentation and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Siemens PLC programming (TIA Portal / Step 7)
• Hands-on experience in commissioning industrial automation systems
• Experience working with Volvo automotive standards (highly preferred)
• Experience in battery module (PACK) systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to start immediately or on short notice

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in automotive manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with robotics integration or production lines
• Experience in high-voltage battery systems
