You’re passionate about communication as a driver of engagement and business impact. You enjoy working creatively, using insights and collaboration to bring stories and strategies to life.

• You have solid experience (around 7+ years) in internal and/or external communication, ideally in an international environment
• You’re experienced in developing and delivering 360° communication strategies, campaigns and activations
• You enjoy working with insights and data to shape communication and improve performance
• You’re confident collaborating across teams and markets, building strong relationships
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English

You’ll bring communication to life by creating engaging experiences for co-workers and partners across markets.

• Developing and driving communication strategies and plans to strengthen co-worker engagement
• Leading creative communication initiatives, campaigns and activations across channels
• Collaborating with markets and stakeholders to deliver integrated communication solutions
• Supporting change communication and business priorities with clear, inspiring messaging
• Monitoring performance, analysing results and continuously improving communication impact
• Exploring new trends and opportunities to make communication more relevant and engaging
