Head Chef

Cane Rum Society is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join our team as soon as possible.

We’re a vibrant Caribbean-inspired rum bar and restaurant, and we’re looking for someone who can bring creativity, leadership and a genuine love of food to our kitchen.

🌶️ THE ROLE

As Head Chef, you’ll lead our kitchen team and play a key role in developing and delivering our food offering, with a particular focus on Caribbean cuisine and flavours.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about quality, consistency and creating memorable dining experiences.

👨‍🍳 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 5 years’ professional culinary experience
• A good understanding and appreciation of Caribbean cuisine
• Strong kitchen leadership and organisational skills
• Passion for fresh ingredients, bold flavours and creative cooking
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment
• High standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation
• A positive, professional attitude and ability to lead and motivate a team
