Junior Test Engineer

You will join an R&D environment focused on developing and validating next-generation powertrain solutions for the global automotive industry. In this role, you will work close to engine test cells and durability testing, helping ensure that test execution, measurement quality, and equipment performance meet high standards.

You will be part of a lab and workshop team specialized in ICE calibration and durability testing. Together, you keep testbeds robust, capable, and ready to deliver reliable data around the clock. This is a great opportunity for you who want a hands-on role in advanced testing, close to both technology and real engineering impact.

• You will install engines in test cells and connect the equipment needed for each test.
• You will run tests according to work orders and make sure they are executed correctly.
• You will ensure that the test cell and related equipment are fully operational so the test object can run as intended.
• You will monitor measurement quality and make sure the required level is achieved.
• You will store and deliver accurate measurement data during and after testing.
• You will perform daily checks and carry out service on the test object when needed.
• You will contribute to troubleshooting on the testbed or test object together with your colleagues.
• You will help maintain high uptime and stable operation in the testbeds.

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechatronics
• Forklift license
• Driver's license B
• Fluent in English and Swedish

• Knowledge of the Comtest automation system
• Knowledge of test-bed systems such as HiL, INCA, Indicom, and Orion
