Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for an exciting assignment with a leading Nordic logistics and postal organization

Location: Stockholm, Gothenburg or Umeå – hybrid, around 3 days/week onsite
Period: 5 October – 31 December 2026
Extension: Possible
Level: Expert

About the role:
You will strengthen logistics and postal organization´s HR SSC team and work with the continued management and development of SAP SuccessFactors. The role combines hands-on system administration, configuration and 2nd line support with development initiatives and stakeholder coordination.

Our client:

Is a leading Nordic logistics and postal organization, operating across Sweden, Denmark and the wider Nordic region. As part of a major IT transformation, they are now migrating their SAP landscape from a traditional data center environment to Microsoft Azure.

We are looking for someone with:

• Several years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Strong experience in system management, support and development
• Experience with configuration, testing, documentation and change management
• Good understanding of HR processes and SuccessFactors
• Experience with multiple SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals or Compensation
• Ability to work independently and communicate with both business and technical stakeholders
• Fluent Swedish and English

Experience with integrations, permissions, master data, release management and more coordinating/product-oriented roles is a strong plus.
