Are you an ambitious video editor looking to build your skills in a global organization?

We're looking for a Junior Video Editor / Videographer to join the in-house creative team at Nord-Lock Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our Senior Media Specialist, helping create engaging content for global audiences across LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta and other digital channels.

As part of a newly developed creative & brand team, you'll gain hands-on experience across the entire production process, from editing and repurposing existing content to planning and supporting video shoots in Sweden and abroad. A really great opportunity to grow your skills and experience!

What you will do

Video Editing & Content Production – Main responsibility

• Edit and deliver video content for brand campaigns, interviews, case studies, explainers, internal communications and social media.

• Create localized and multilingual video versions with subtitles, graphics and motion elements.

• Repurpose existing content into new formats tailored to different channels and audiences.

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high visual standard.

• Organize and maintain video assets, archives and project files.

Filming & Production Support

• Collaborate with stakeholders and the Senior Media Specialist to plan productions, including scripts, storyboards, locations and schedules.

• Support on-location filming, including camera operation, lighting and audio setup.

• Travel occasionally within Sweden and internationally for video productions.

Content Operations

• Support the publishing and management of video content on YouTube and other digital platforms.

• Manage projects and workflows through Asana.

• You can balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• You have 1-3 years of experience in video editing, videography or a similar creative role.

• You are confident using Adobe Premiere Pro and familiar with tools such as After Effects and Photoshop.

• You have a strong eye for visual storytelling, pacing and brand consistency.

• You can balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

• You enjoy collaborating with others but are equally comfortable working independently.

• Experience in B2B marketing and global organizations is considered a plus.

• Fully proficient in English & Swedish
