Communication Specialist – Södertälje

Are you a skilled communicator and copywriter with a talent for creating engaging content and driving internal communication? We are looking for a Communication Specialist for a consulting assignment within a transport-focused business area.

As a Communication Specialist, you will lead and coordinate internal communication activities, working closely with management as well as Corporate Communications and Marketing Communications.

Your focus will be on creating clear, engaging and high-quality communication for employees and other stakeholders while contributing to increased brand awareness and supporting broader business objectives.

In this role, you will:

• Create newsletters, internal articles, presentations and other communication materials.

• Support management with communication needs and messaging.

• Identify opportunities to highlight relevant products, services and business activities.

• Develop and implement communication strategies that strengthen employee engagement.

• Support brand awareness and customer satisfaction through effective communication.

• Prepare reports related to communication and media activities.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop new communication ideas and approaches.

• Coordinate and quality-assure content to ensure it is ready for publication.

• Respond to communication-related needs in a timely and structured manner.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.

• Has proven experience creating targeted and engaging content.

• Has strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.

• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Has strong copywriting and presentation skills.

• Is highly organized and comfortable coordinating multiple communication activities.

• Can take ownership and independently drive communication initiatives.

• Is comfortable collaborating with management and multiple internal stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you are proactive, structured and quality-conscious with a strong ability to adapt communication to different audiences. You combine creativity with strong organizational skills and are comfortable taking ownership while collaborating across different functions.
